"Payment was straightforward"
I went through the billing process it was easy enough. Nothing really stood out as confusing or frustrating, which is always a good thing when it comes to payments.

"Surprisingly Solid, With a Tiny Setup Saga"
I wasn’t expecting much, but this thing showed up and kind of proved me wrong. The quality feels really good, solid in the hand, and it works exactly the way it’s supposed to. The packaging was fine, nothing glamorous, but it did the job. Setup took a little longer than I wanted, which briefly felt like a mini battle of patience, but once everything was done, I was happy with it overall.

"Refund was a bit slower than I expected"
I ordered something from tvshop.com.au but ended up returning it because it wasn’t really what I needed. The return itself was straightforward, just a bit slower than I expected. I had to follow up once about the refund, which was a little annoying, but it did come through in the end. It’s not even about the wait so much, I just think the process could be a bit smoother and clearer. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as easy as it could’ve been...

Called up with an issue and they sorted it quickly. I got the sense they were reading between the lines too, not just following a script, which made the whole thing way easier. Thanks heaps...

"Worked even better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting too much, but this really came through. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any hassle, and that alone makes it feel like a solid choice. I’d feel confident recommending it to someone who just wants something that works.

"Ordering was fine, just a little unsure at checkout"
The website was easy to get around, so I assumed the whole order would be quick. Checkout ended up feeling a bit slow, and for a minute I wasn’t totally sure if my order had actually gone through, which usually makes me think something glitched. I did get the confirmation after that, so it all worked out in the end

I’ll admit I usually stick with another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering here, but the delivery was quicker than I expected. Tracking was decent enough and everything showed up without any hassle. Smooth overall.

"Warranty help was easy, once I knew what was going on"
I had a small issue with my TV after a few months and expected the warranty process to be a headache. tvshop.com.au did get back to me quickly, but I’ll admit I was a bit annoyed at first because the instructions weren’t super clear and I had to double-check what they actually needed from me.

Once that was sorted, though, they handled it without much fuss and kept me updated along the way. The after-sales support ended up being a lot better than I expected, and despite the slightly unclear communication at the start, I’d still buy from them again

"Mostly fine, just a little frustrating"
My order showed up on time, which was good, but one of the items was the wrong colour. Not a huge deal, I guess, but still a bit annoying. I had to go back and forth with support over a few emails before they sorted it out. So overall, not terrible or anything... just not quite smooth. I’d probably double-check everything more carefully next time
